If you become aware of any actual or suspected misconduct, unethical behavior, or breach of company policies, we encourage you to speak up. All reports made in good faith will be taken seriously and handled responsibly.

What You Can Speak Up About

Concerns should be raised via the official Speak Up channel, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be used by employees, suppliers, business partners, contractors, customers, associates and other stakeholders/counter parties if they encounter or witness conduct that does not align with our values or policies, including Sexual harassment, Fraud, Corruption, Conflict of Interest, Discrimination, Bullying, Abuse of power, Safety Violation.

How to Make a Report

You can report a concern by filling out a web form here. The Reporter is strongly encouraged to disclose his/her name and contact information. Notwithstanding this, the Reporter can remain anonymous if he/she so wishes.

When using the official Speak Up channel, the Reporter is required to include as much factual details as possible, such as the background or nature of the concern, when and where it happened, any other supporting evidence (if available) and persons involved including witnesses.

What Happens Next

All reports received by Speak Up Administrators.
Administrators review details provided and investigate where necessary.
Investigator assigned if required, conducted fairly and confidentially.
Actions will be taken per company policy or Criminal matters are reported to the police or relevant authorities when required by applicable law, based on investigation findings.
